Audiebant is a security communications company supplying both public and private sectors with lockdown and critical incident alerts. These alerts, triggered via screen, sound, or mobile, play a vital role in ensuring safety during emergencies.

Audiebant bootstrapped to a significant turnover and a healthy EBITDA without external funding or debt. The company has built significant value, underpinned by assets like proprietary software and data, which contribute to its unique market position. Now contemplating a strategic financing, Audiebant signed up to Intanify to assess its assets, optimise its position, and explore future financing options.
